Not AC working Not safari No light facility.

Bus driver slept on the way while driving and bus got accident and bus fell down in field and booking platform and driver don't pick up the phone and no help by the side of the booking platform nor nor owner of the bus. So very bad experience.

This morning I booked a bus from Jaipur to Sujangarh. The scheduled departure time was 5:10 am, but the bus arrived almost five hours late. Moreover, I was not dropped at Sujangarh as booked and was instead asked to get down before reaching my destination. Because of this delay and inconvenience, my work was delayed, causing me unnecessary trouble. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action.

Our journey was very good and comfortable, and if we talk about the bus, it was a very good bus and the staff was very nice. I want that whenever I travel on this route again, I would like to travel in this bus only.
