It takes way too much time to reach the final drop point from initial pickup point. Seats were very uncomfortable

Very poor experience. Even after all seats were fully booked, the bus owner allowed many additional passengers onboard. This caused severe congestion, with people standing in the aisle throughout the journey. It was uncomfortable and unsafe. On top of that, the staff behavior was very rude and unprofessional. This is not what you expect after booking confirmed seats through an online app. I would not recommend this service unless these issues are fixed.
