The operator provided was not the one I booked; it was Momai Krupa instead of Sumra Travels. Additionally, the bus was full of mosquitoes throughout the entire journey.

Extremely poor service and bad management. The arrival time was 9:45 AM, but the bus arrived way after 10:05 AM due to unnecessary delays. Very unprofessional behavior regarding punctuality, especially for passengers who have medical appointments or urgent tasks. Highly disappointed.
