Very poor experience. The bus felt overcrowded like a local roadways bus, with passengers leaning toward us throughout the journey, making it very uncomfortable. Staff behavior was unprofessional, cleanliness was poor, and overall travel comfort was terrible. Not recommended for long-distance travel.

No AC. Didn't even get the seat for half of the ride. Bad behaviour.
