No proper communication on the stopping, and the bus was not stopped at the proper dropping point. No proper guidance by the staff and no support for the senior citizen to get into the bus or get down the bus. Worst experience ever in my life. Extra luggage cabin was not provided.

Bus delayed for 1 hour at the boarding point itself. Poor service. The handle for climbing up is broken. Totally very very poor service.
