Always lights are on till the end of the journey. They don’t alert us if we have reached any drop points. Passengers were suffering as our drop point was not reached. The driver continuously drives and only stops if passengers ask to stop.

I had booked a ticket from Karambakudi to Chennai for June 14. The bus departure time was 8:00 PM. We reached the boarding point at around 8:10 PM, and the bus had already left. When we called the driver, he asked us to come to Moon Road. We immediately went there, but there was no communication or update from the bus staff that the bus was about to leave or its exact location. After reaching Moon Road and calling again, the driver asked us to come to Pattukottai instead. This caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. It would have been helpful if the bus staff had provided proper updates regarding the bus location and departure. I request you to improve communication with passengers in such situations to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

I had a very bad experience. I booked a single seat for my autistic kid, 6 years old. They charged a full ticket fee when no ladies booked another seat. They were literally scolding and shouting in front of everyone. They asked me to get down midway. Because of the embarrassing situation, I paid the amount. There is no help for single women with a kid. Very pathetic.

Single berth is small. No iron rod in middle for support, because of it I decided to sit, there is no support. It's wide open in middle. And stop calling nonstop again and again.

Kindly stop for restroom at 1am because some aged persons are travelling. That is an inconvenience for aged persons.
