Travel good, but bus staff is worst. They were completely lying. I requested an empty seat, but he said no, it was booked. I said on the app that the seat was not booked. I am a passenger asking if the request is possible or not. They did not tell the truth. Worst staff.

The bus was so good travel experience nothing bad to say all are good. AC was super, cleanliness with good hygiene and the staff receiving. Overall, I want to travel again and again with this travel.

Had a good experience traveling with them for almost a 13 hour trip. Bus was very well maintained, staff very cordial, restroom breaks in between. Driving was good too and was punctual. Bedsheets could have been cleaner and less smelly.
