Ac was not working properly and water was leaking from it. It was a bad experience.

The travel with this bus was very good. it was on the stop before time and had reached the destination right on time. the staff was friendly and well behaved.

We have booked 13L, 14L seat but they gave us 5L, 4L seat. We paid 1000 rs per seat. We are not satisfied with the co-operation.

The AC vent was leaky and nothing could be done to fix it. The seats and pillows were wet when I boarded, and they couldn't provide an additional blanket to cover the mattress. It kept leaking through the night. Very uncomfortable overnight travel. Helper in the bus did try to fix it by stuffing old cloth into the vent. Not sure how safe it is, but the leak didn't stop. Had a bad journey with disturbed sleep with water falling throughout.
