I booked Razole but bus dropping Ama Puram. Distance between two points around 45 km. This is too worst.

The operators just want money, so they give the bus to some inexperienced drivers who have never driven on this route. So finally, what happens is total chaos. They don't know the route; we have to say the route, etc.
