Bus crashed in the city but driver thought of taking us at the risk of passengers' life. They have not arranged another vehicle, also no refund.

Bus arrived 1 hour late and the interior is terrible. The bus had a puncture on the way, but the driver didn’t stop. When the passengers informed the driver, he insisted on driving 5 km with the punctured tyre, but ended up taking us 10 km. Upon reaching the outskirts of Hyderabad, the bus broke down, and we were told to continue on our own.

The bus is delayed by one hour 30 minutes, and when it finally arrived, the driver was very rude. The bus did not stop at the pick-up point that was shown at the time of booking. When I asked about that, they behaved very rudely, which caused a lot of inconvenience.
