The seat provided to me was in extremely bad condition and highly uncomfortable for a long journey. It is standard practice across almost all night buses to provide a complimentary water bottle to passengers. However, no water bottle was provided on this bus, which is a basic expectation. The behavior of the bus conductor was highly unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Instead of assisting passengers, their attitude was completely unhelpful. As a paying customer, I expected a comfortable and respectful journey, but this experience was completely substandard. I request you to look into this matter immediately, take strict action against the staff involved, and ensure that the maintenance of the buses is improved.

The staff on the bus is shouting throughout the journey and the AC is shut down at frequent stops, which is making passengers who don't get down at stops sweat profusely.

In the midway, the tyres of the bus were punctured and the operator forced us to board another bus where no seats were available, and passengers had to sit on the surface of the bus up to Kolkata.
