Yesterday the bus was delayed by 4 hours. It's not fair. If they are facing any issue with the bus, then they have to arrange for another bus.

The bus was very poor. The set and seats were not in good condition. Cockroaches were swarming the seats.

Reserved seat allotted to other passengers, requested us to sit in other seats. Bus is full of cockroaches, noisy bus. Not even deserve a single star.

Low class service. Time to time, no stop for passenger drinking water. Required this driver not stop and toilet no proper place stop. Bad service.
