At the time of booking, it showed a seating bus, but a different bus was provided. There were no basic amenities like a blanket or water bottle. Additionally, we had to wait for 2 hours at Hyderabad Orr. Overall, it was a very poor experience and one of the worst journeys I have had. Kindly look into this issue and take necessary action.

Actually pickup timing is 4:00 am at Tirupati but he reached around 6:30 am. This is a minimum 4 hours delay.

Worst bus there is no intent of providing basic needs. They charge 3x amount but didn't do justice at a single point. Booked one bus and they sent another bus. No tracking, no AC, no punctuality and everything is a no.

Worst bus worst driver and driving worst boarding time and dropping time I never recommend this travels to anyone no live tracing Thu Thu worst of the worst

Only one driver, late 45 minutes by Guntur and 2 hours 30 minutes late by Bangalore. Diesel stop. This is not a regular bus, backup for festival looting. Very bad experience.

Very poor bus service. It was not a travelling bus; it was just a pickup van. The bus operator was also not responding. There was no live tracking, no water bottle, and no staff in the bus.
