Left me in the middle of the road without refund and further bus arrangement. I booked bus to Palakkad. They told me another bus will come to pick us to Palakkad. Nothing was arranged and no refund given. Arrogant behaviour from the management and driver left us helpless.

Bus seat recliner not working and condition is too worse because of the same I am facing severe back pain. Punctuality is good but rash driving shall be avoided.
