I found the staff to be okay. The timing was poor, and the cleanliness was also poor. The seat comfort was poor as well.

Time too delayed. Travel timing 13.30 hours from Tenkasi to Chennai travel. They're not based on passenger profile. They only luggage based their service. Almost 1.10 hours idling in bus Sreevilliputhur due to luggage loading. This is not first time; every time they are like luggage based travel.
