Interior and bedsheets not hygienic, bus stopped at Kadapa and shifted to another bus, water bottle not provided. This is an AC bus also.

There is no option to close the AC and in the middle they shifted to another bus, where there is no place to even sit, even after booking the sleeper.

Pickup location is wrong, mentioned one place and stopped bus somewhere else and asked us to come, and stopped bus in Kadapa and told this is the last stop. Irresponsible staff. Don't prefer to book again.
