Bus is not maintained properly. Yesterday hole night water leaks on the top of bus during raining. My home seat spread across water. Unable to sleep entire night. Driver is not helpful and behaved rudely.

The driver picked us up on time, but it's been horrible. He didn't allow us to go to restrooms and didn't give enough time, always yelling at passengers.
