In double sharing bed, I experienced three people sharing including me. I had booked my seat for my comfort but I didn't sleep because a mother and a boy child came. The boy was adult size. I was congested in the seat. Please ensure that the co-passenger should be one person. It was terrible for me.

They just change your seat number just hours before boarding, the seat which you pre-booked. Once I booked a window seat and then I got some other seat. They were giving lame excuses when I asked and it happened to me twice.

I had a very bad experience on the bus trip. The cleanliness was poor, and the staff was unhelpful. The seats were uncomfortable, and the overall journey was unpleasant.
