People smoke bidi, and bus staff did not stop them

Seat was not clean at all. AC vents were leaking. Seat exchanges caused so much inconvenience. Someone from the staff was lighting cigarettes inside.

Bed sheets were dirty. Dropped me 1 hr late. Staff behaviour was good. Other things were good.

When there are 2 dropping points but the bus driver never reached those points, he drove the bus on the bypass road only. He dropped me at 3.40 am in a dense forest that is 10 km far from the city area. I am not satisfied with that service. I suffered a lot. Very poor and nonsense service.

The driver was rough and turned off the a/c at night. Washroom was also too dirty and smelled too bad.

Staff behaviour was very bad, one of them was drunken. The bus did not stop at the exact stop even after asking for it multiple times. Rest stops are terribly bad.
