Seat comfort, AC functionality, cleanliness were fine, but the bus had arrived 1 hour late and we had to wait on the street with our luggage. Other than that, the journey was comfortable and the bus was nice.

Very bad experience. According to the price, it is a poor quality bus. City bus was provided, but when I booked the bus by Red Bus app, the picture showed a good quality Snemita bus. It was a horrible experience.

The halt time is very late. It was very difficult for us to wait that long. After the halt we deboarded in 30 mins. The resting could be done much earlier. Moreover, the bus was late by 1 hour 20 mins.

The bus was late by an hour for the destination. The bus was also 10 mins late at the boarding point. Needs to maintain punctuality.

Horrible journey. Some time I realised travel some regular public transport like each stop hold to receive passenger. No privacy etc.
