Any other bus gave drinking water but this bus did not provide a water bottle.

Not time sensitive we need to reach Banahatti by 7:30 and the time now is 9:10. Still we are in Jamakhandi. It is the worst experience I have ever seen.

The bus was supposed to be here in Bengaluru at 6 but it reached at 7:30 or something. Because of that I missed 2 classes.

Bus is really good and maintained well, but the 2 star rating is only because of the rest stop, which is very bad and the food they serve is not at all good.
