Worst travel experience ever! The scheduled arrival time in Salem was 11:25 PM, but the bus actually arrived at 1:05 AM, causing a delay of more than 1 hour and 30 minutes. This is the third time I have faced the same issue with this travel service. I travelled with them three months ago and decided not to use their service again because of their extremely poor punctuality. Unfortunately, today I had no other choice but to book this bus, and once again, I had the same disappointing experience. It is extremely frustrating that there is no improvement in their punctuality, even after repeated experiences like this. Passengers have their own schedules and commitments, and such significant delays cause unnecessary inconvenience. I strongly advise passengers who value punctuality to avoid booking with this travel service. Very poor time management and a completely disappointing experience. The management seriously needs to improve its service and respect passengers' time.
