Very bad expenses because AC is not working

Extremely disappointing experience with the bus service from Gwalior to Guna. We had booked an AC bus for a direct journey, but the reality was completely different. No AC bus was provided for the entire route despite confirmed booking. The journey was shown as direct, but we were forced to change two buses within just 200 km. The second bus was in horrible condition — no windows, no fan, no AC, and no ventilation at all. Passengers were even standing in the aisle, causing severe suffocation. The overall experience was pathetic. I strongly do not recommend travelling with this operator. No response or action was taken even after raising complaints with the bus staff. The bus was delayed by 2 hours — a 5-hour journey stretched to 6.5 hours. The bus kept stopping at almost every local stop to pick up passengers, making the journey extremely uncomfortable and time-consuming. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and misleading. Please avoid this operator if you value your comfort and time.

Worst experience. Confirmed seat numbers not honored at boarding. Staff behavior was rude and forced seat change. RedBus should take action against this operator.
