Bus was neat and clean, staff's behaviour is also good but seats are short if you are 5.5 feet above then you feel congested

They have not reached on time at the boarding point. Nearly one hour late, also without asking us, they exchanged our seats with other people.

I boarded at 11:30 pm they had ac issue fixed till 2 am .I should have been at home around 11 am in morning reached at 2:30 pm . bad experience

The delay was for 3 hours. The bed was not clean. Staff behaviour was rude when asked how much more time to reach destination. AC stopped working from Sion and we waited on the road outside for 90 minutes for it to be repaired.

Everything was good and in perfect condition, but the bed was not clean. I found hairs, and the charging point was not working.
