My seat was broken, the blanket provided was smelly and unhygienic, and the bus departure location was changed at the last minute. The entire experience was extremely inconvenient and felt like complete harassment.

Bus is not Volvo. Amenities are not provided. They have not dropped at the mentioned location. My experience with seats and bus is very bad as it is showing as Primo, but it is not. I hardly suggest not to travel with these buses.

I missed a check-in because of their 2 hour delay. Wouldn't recommend at all to anybody.

Bus was rescheduled and delayed. It is now 12:16 and we have still not reached Manali, and it seems it will take at least another journey since we have met with daytime traffic. The bus left Delhi after almost a 1 hour delay.

Customer are booked in middle seats and you are provided last back seats. Very bad service.

There is too much delay and my family members are facing multiple issues at pickup point.

They changed the pickup time to two hours prior to the scheduled pickup, without it updating on the app. This was a non stop bus, and they still made a more than 45 minute stop for breakfast. They then also changed the drop location.
