Staff doesn't provide correct information and also, while asking about the actual departure timings from originating sources, they rudely tell to ask customer care and emphasise that they don't know about online tickets. It's literally horrible.

They changed the bus whose AC was also not working, but they charged full fare. Disappointed by their service.
