The bus was not clean at all, all dirt was coming up. The fuel was filled after pickup, and overall bus condition doesn't look good. It seemed like an old scrapped bus making harsh sounds, running very slowly. It made it reach the stop almost 3 hours late.

The seat was making a creaking and squeaking noise all through the journey. Couldn't sleep. Also, the AC had no flap cover. The bedsheets weren't clean.

The bus left the boarding point very late and therefore reached the destination very late which ruined my planning. Also, the driver did not drop us at the selected destination point which is very unethical.
