Worst irresponsible travels. The driver does not turn up on time. The bus got stuck in the middle of Ghar section. There is no stepney. They do not have any capacity to send the passenger in another vehicle after tyre burst. Was very lucky our life was saved in Ghar section; otherwise, we would have fallen from ghat. God save these travels. Never go in this bus even if he offers a free ride.

Bus came approximately 2 hours late. when boarded, just one pillow and one blanket were provided for two people. they had turned black from their original white colour as they had not been washed for months. the bedsheet was full of sand and dirt. even the AC was not working. the driver did not call out passengers when the bus took a halt. even when deboarding stops were coming, he was just moving without any announcement of deboarding stops. our stop was missed because of this. when asked about that, the driver response was that he was not aware of the route, the halts, or deboarding stops, he was just moving through Google Maps. terrible experience.

Firstly it's unhygienic and the pillows they gave us was full Black stuff on that which was soo disgusting and our seat was U5&U6 where there was some sound coming like whole journey 7-8hrs probably.

I would like to raise a serious concern regarding the condition of the bus during travel. There appears to be exhaust/emission entering or accumulating inside the passenger compartment, and because there are no proper/openable windows and inadequate ventilation, the air inside the bus becomes suffocating. This may pose a serious health and safety risk to the passengers, particularly if exhaust gases such as carbon monoxide are entering the cabin. In addition, the following issues were observed: Poor ventilation inside the bus, causing difficulty in breathing and a suffocating environment. Possible entry of engine/exhaust fumes into the passenger area. Poor cleanliness and hygiene inside the bus. Very high engine/mechanical noise, making it extremely difficult to sleep or rest during travel. Poor suspension condition — shocks/bumps are being transmitted directly to the passengers' bodies, causing significant discomfort. Overall, the condition and maintenance of the bus do not appear satisfactory for long-distance passenger travel. I request the concerned management/operator to immediately inspect the bus for exhaust-gas leakage, ventilation, engine noise, suspension, cleanliness, and overall roadworthiness.

The interiors are very dirty and old. The bedsheet and the seats were all stained and filled with dust. Horrible condition of the bus. I would never recommend this bus to anyone.
