Whole bus lobby was occupied with labour

The bus was overcrowded, and the driver/contractor appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. Some passengers were also intoxicated, creating a safety concern. The bus stopped at an unhygienic place for food. The lights remained on throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Please take necessary action and improve the service quality

conductor is trying to make some extra money by providing offline booking I see around 6people sat at near driver seat and in between walk area 5person sat it made me difficult to come down and go up.. but bed wise and AC is good.
