Actually helper should inform all passengers before their destination arrives. He should come knock the door to alert for destination. I was asleep and my destination place was cross 50 kms far from my drop place. Then I got down and took another bus to come to my destination. When I enquired about not being informed after my destination passed, the reply from driver was it is passengers' responsibility to get down. Well, just imagine if some new person or female missed it then it would be trouble for her or him. This is not proper management. I was surprised how come they are not checking all seats whether the person gets down or not according to their destination. Very bad experience.

My Bus Stop is Kiran Hospital and Time Given is 10:45 PM But Bus Leftout before Departure Time. Driver Tried to Contact me due to My mobile is Shutdown so unable to Contact.
