The bus was cancelled yesterday but they called me and asked for next day trip on same ticket or refund. I preferred next day trip. The service is prompt by Shree Travels.

I found the experience unsatisfactory because the bus broke down, and I had to switch to another bus where I sat in the driver's chamber for about 90 km. The driver's attitude was inhumane, and he made me feel like my troubles were my destiny. The cleanliness of the bus was poor, with stains on the bed sheets. The rest stop experience was good.

No cleanliness, no sleep comfort, there are no amenities, not even a bedsheet.
