The live tracking feature was not working and the driver was riding the bus very fast. Also, the passage under the seats was dusty and the seat was the major problem. Not fixing properly.

Arrival was 1 hr 5 minutes that's understandable on weekend, but driving was not at all smooth and at midnight (around 01:00 AM) started playing songs at full volume. I called them and told them to stop the songs, still they were running the whole night non-stop. Very disgusting and disturbing journey I have ever had in my life. They are not at all deserving even 1 star.
