This was the worst experience I have ever had. It was truly unprofessional. The service was not like a proper travel bus but more like a local passenger bus, picking up and dropping people between villages. Passengers were made to sit on the floor without any limit, which was completely unacceptable. Additionally, it was like giving access to our personal belongings, raising serious safety and security concerns.

Previously I went through the Sana travel and my experience was very good, that is why I booked the same travel, but this time the assigned bus was different (bus no:9995) and overall experience was not good.

travel was really good. my father Sr Citizen travelling alone and wanted to get down at perticular location after Yeola. they were kind enough to intimate us in advance and stoped bus at Nijdham Aashram. thank you
