Pros - Driver and conductor were good. Cons - 1. Bus was late by 1 hr (no fault of driver as bus was travelling non-stop). 2. Traffic delay of 6 hrs while entering Mumbai so be prepared for it as there is a bridge underway (plan your journey in advance), no fault of anyone. 3. Reading light was not working. 4. Inner glasses were not clean, we had no clear vision while looking outside. Honest review otherwise everything is good and even AC was working fantastic.

Bus was 2 hours late. Picked up at 11.30 instead of 9.30 pm. Maybe traffic issue. Staff is very generous. Seats were comfortable. And cleanliness is also good. Only we had to board the luggage in bus passage due to non availability of the storage space. That made a little discomfort. Overall experience is good.

One of the rest stops was designated for a 10-minute stop but ended up stopping for 32 minutes. This made me lose my flight from Mumbai.
