The destination point which I selected was different in the app and the actual point was different. Also, the time showing in the app was 5:40 pm but suddenly the bus operator called me and informed that the time is 5:00 pm. So, here punctuality matters. For me, the major reason was the dropping point; the address shown in the app and where I was actually dropped was totally different. I faced many problems early in the morning. I did not expect this miscommunication from the Redbus team. Please try to resolve. Thank you.
