As per Make My Trip in booking, it is showing AC seater 2 2 and I booked. But in actual, it is not an AC bus during the travel time. The service is horrible. When I asked for the same, I have not got a satisfied reply from the staff. I suggest every passenger not to book from this service and kindly remove this kind of service from your booking site. It really harasses passengers who travel long distances like me. Very horrible service.

The pillow and bedding were very dirty. All the passengers were dropped off right on the road outside the Ranchi bus stand.

The bus condition was terrible. Despite requesting it, the bedsheet was not changed and was completely dirty. On top of that, when it started raining, rainwater leaked in and soaked the seat.
