I informed as early as 5:05 AM that I would not be able to travel today. Despite being offered the flexi ticket option, my request to reschedule the journey was not accommodated. Instead, I was simply given a reference to your policy, which, under the circumstances, was neither reasonable nor justified. My scheduled bus departure was at 1:00 PM, and I had informed you well in advance, leaving ample time to address my request. Denying a rescheduling request despite the availability of a flexi ticket option was extremely disappointing. This was completely unfair, unacceptable, and reflected a serious lack of customer consideration. A policy should existed to facilitate customers, not to inconvenience them unnecessarily. I strongly urged to reconsider this decision, took accountability, and provided a fair resolution by rescheduling my ticket. I expected a satisfactory response rather than another standard policy-based explanation.
