The bus was almost 2 hours late, so we couldn’t attend. As we are two women, we did not feel safe waiting alone at night, so we had to leave. Therefore, I kindly request a refund.

The bus failed to drop at the departure location. Staff mentioned a tyre-related technical issue, which caused inconvenience.

Very sad again I don't want to travel in this bus... 8 pm started from Borivali night 2 am Khopoli toll naka. Ichalkaranji reaches 10.30 am.. All festival mood spoiled these guys.... Thanks for bad experience........
