They never drop at the dropping point. They say bus won't go inside the city. Then why do you mention in the app dropping point inside the city?

I may suggest that the during the night time between 1 am to 2 an rest time to be given for the passengers to go wash room. I was traveling from hyd to udupi but the driver did not dropped me at the udupi service bus stand instead dropped me at ahead of service bus stand of udupi.It is trouble some for the passengers to get auto to the end destination.

Extremely disappointed with Sheethal Tourist. I was running 10 minutes late for my Hyderabad-Mangaluru journey (referenced in 258227.jpg) and called the staff for help or a next pickup point option. The staff member was incredibly rude, shouted at me, and bluntly said, "Your money is gone." Zero professionalism and terrible customer service. Avoid this travels!
