The condition of the bus was very bad. They did not give the blanket and even the water bottles. Even the rest stop was very unhygienic. Staff behaviour was very bad.

Have to wait one and a half hours at pickup point. It was late by one and a half hours at pickup point. Dropped at 9 am instead of 6.30 am. Total experience was disgusting.

No toilets in the bus, terrible experience, rude nature, bus got delayed more than 2 hours lead us waiting at late night 1.25 am. Never recommend.
