Water bottle not given and as a frequent traveller I have seen that nowadays they are getting late to give water bottle to passengers.

Staff behaviour not good. Bus is in very poor condition. Hygiene very bad. Cockroaches available in the bus.

Live tracking was failed. Absolutely uncomfortable seating arrangement like there is no space to keep foot. No space for keeping luggage. The hotel where bus stopped for dinner is worst.
