Time and punctuality of the bus is not well, as it is mentioned that departure time is 9:20 pm, but it actually departed around 10:30 pm.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. My booked bus was cancelled, yet the same bus still appeared available online. It seems the bus was changed, but I was not informed at any point. What was even more frustrating is that the bus passed near my location, but no one contacted me or updated me through any communication channel. This lack of coordination and communication caused significant inconvenience. I sincerely hope improvements are made in customer service and notification systems. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to travel with this service again.

I found the trip okay. The cleanliness of the bus was fine. The staff's behaviour was okayish, and the live tracking and punctuality were okay.
