The bus suspension was not good at all. Throughout the journey, there was constant heavy jerking, which made the ride very uncomfortable and resulted in back pain.

The bus didn't go to the route of my bus stoppage point where it should've gone based on the bus booking data, it changed the route & I had to get off the bus at a different place. A disappointed bus experience, it shouldn't have happened. Proper 1 star.
