Condition of the bus was not satisfactory. The charging points were not working properly, which caused inconvenience during the journey. Additionally, the air conditioning system was in very poor condition and did not function effectively. Kindly take necessary action to improve these issues for future.

Provided bedsheets are not good and it is not hygienic and it's smelling very bad. Overall, not good. I don't like the bus service.
