Broken curtains, non functional reading lamps, single blanket on a double seat that too dirty and smelly.

Very bad service. This bus contractor has very poor behaviour, language, and time issue.

The only thing which I did not like was that they locked the washroom. Otherwise had a great journey. Especially the rest stop was hygienic.
