The bus is AC, but the blanket is not available, and air is coming from the bus windows.

This is a modified non AC to AC bus (has openable windows). It has two extra horizontal seats at the back. The driver takes extra passengers on those seats, causing chaos and sleep disturbance. The charging slot was not working. I complained, but it was still not working. After two to three complaints, they started the charging slot. My reaching time was 6:16, but it reached 7:30.

Pickup was at 8:45 PM. It was done at 11 PM. Almost 2 hours late which caused very inconvenient.
