Worst experience, bus had multiple issues. Continuous noise was coming from the engine. The journey started two hours late. There was no prior communication regarding details. No live track was available even though it was written in the description. There was smoke coming from the engine. The AC was leaking at the start of the journey and stopped working mid-journey. The vehicle was standstill for almost four hours mid-journey due to engine and AC belt issues. The driver and staff were not familiar with the route and pickup stops. Passengers needed to arrange their own transportation for half of the journey as the vehicle was not moving and was not safe to travel in. Lights and other facilities were also malfunctioning.

The bus doesn’t have proper timing and the bus reached at Thiruvananthapuram at 4.30 pm instead of reaching at morning 8.30 am. All passengers complained but it was of no use. Also, the bus starting time shown when I booked was 7.45 pm from Bengaluru, but this bus came at the boarding point around 9 pm, almost 1.30 hours delay. I also booked another bus which was shown in this app, and they came with another bus. It was a totally worst experience I have ever had.

It was one of the worst experiences. the bus did not have its licence and it did not pay its taxes. it took more than around 24 hours to reach my destination. the worst experience ever.

I would not even give a single star rating for this bus. worst travel experience ever had with any of the travels I had travelled. frequently I used to travel through lots of buses but the highest time taken for me to reach Bangalore from Kanyakumari was 13 hours. in this bus it took nearly 18 hours, also, my full day got wasted. I had not seen any bus get stopped due to insufficient fuel. also, RTO of Tamil Nadu stopped the vehicle because they did not have any permit at all for travels and told that the vehicle was leased for the trip. the bus stood near toll gate for like 5 hours because of the company's negligence. I had paid nearly XXXX for this bus and this was the experience I got with the travel. my day got wasted, I had to apply for leave and had a totally stressful journey. really worst travel experience ever had.
