I found the bus to be good, although it was 1 hour late but manageable. The cleanliness was fine despite the presence of mosquitos. The rest stop experience was very good. I'm not sure about live tracking and punctuality.

2 to 3 hours late. At least bus should have mentioned like 8:30 AM to reach Bhubaneswar. Why do they overpromise and underdeliver, and that too there is no live tracking. Poor experience made me wait more than 2 hours, and conductor is not picking up during the delay. At least he should have told the location.
