No washroom as shown in image and also rest stop washroom feels pathetic. Just don't go with this bus, try some other option. Rest stop food or bus seating restroom all are very unhygienic. As I say unhygienic, it was very bad.

I found the cleanliness of the bus to be nice. The staff's behavior was okay, and the seats were quite comfortable.

I found the upper seat uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. The cleanliness of the bus was okay, and the staff's behaviour was good. The rest stop experience was also okay.
