It has been a horrible experience. The boarding time was delayed by 2.5 hours. I was stranded on the roadside footpath till 1.00 in the night, and the bus tracking was also disconnected. The arrival is now delayed by 5 hours. I will never recommend anyone to travel.

Dropped my family in Ujjain instead of Indore. My ticket was for Indore and the bus route changed to Ujjain. Terrible services.
