The bus boarding point is such a dirty place and I am reaching my destination 3 hours late. Shame Shame Sangeetm Travel. Horrible!! Horrible experience!!

Bus got broken down at the starting point. This clearly shows there was no maintenance checkup. Started the journey with 3 hrs of delay. No proper explanation has been provided by operator/staff. Took total 16 hrs to reach destination instead of 11 hrs. Such a pathetic service.

Bus was left and no one informed. If it was late, I could have caught another bus. Still, I didn't reach my destination. I have one urgent meeting in the morning.
