I booked a ticket for my 60-year-old mother from Tripunithara to Payyannur. According to the ticket, the bus was scheduled to reach Payyannur at 5:30 AM. However, the bus arrived earlier than the scheduled time, and the staff did not inform my mother that the bus had reached Payyannur. Instead, they allowed her to remain on the bus until it reached the last stop, Cherupuzha. Only then did they tell her that her ticket was booked to Cherupuzha, which was incorrect. They argued with her instead of assisting her. As a result, my elderly mother was left stranded at around 5:00 AM and had to struggle to find another bus to reach Payyannur. This caused her considerable inconvenience and distress. I request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate action be taken to ensure that passengers, especially senior citizens, are properly informed when they reach their destination.

Had a very pleasant journey. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional throughout. The vehicle and facility were clean, neat, and well-maintained, making the trip very comfortable. Everything was well organised, and the punctuality was excellent. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Charging ports not working properly. Bad behaviour from staff. And fake booking shown online that restricted us to choose from minimum options although the bus was travelling with under half filled passengers.
